At KCB we are committed to Health and Safety in all aspects of professional practice. It is our goal and our policy to provide a safe working environment for our employees and to encourage a safe culture in the workplace.


The goal of our Health and Safety Program is Zero Harm.

We work towards achieving and maintaining this goal through a continuous safety and loss control effort in addition to meeting our regulatory and industry standard requirements. Our Health and Safety Program was developed to prevent injuries and occupational disease, and to deal expeditiously and effectively with near misses, incidents, hazards and safety observations that may occur in the workplace.
