Qualifications:   

• 7+ years related experience in some or all of the following: site exploration, foundation engineering, geotechnical design, tailings dam design, mine pit slope design and embankment dams
• Bachelors degree in related Civil/Geotechnical fields, Masters is an asset
• Demonstrated technical leadership abilities/experience with a commitment to technical excellence
• Project management skills and experience would be an asset
• Experience of working with and managing clients
• Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist in Canada
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal and team skills
• Demonstrated report writing skills and solid contract administration and project management skills
• Track record as an effective team player with good interpersonal skills
• Availability to travel within Canada and Internationally
