Environmental Manager - Klohn Crippen Berger Job Opportunity

We are looking for people who have experience in permitting, leading baseline and socio-environmental assessment project teams, managing projects, sustaining excellent client relationships and developing new business opportunities. The ideal person will be a self starter who can lead teams and work both independently and as part of a team, has multi-disciplinary experience and outlook, and has previous consulting / practical project experience. Klohn Crippen Berger performs projects on a “technical network” basis with teams of environmental scientists in Vancouver, Lima and Brisbane and a growing group in Sudbury. The successful candidate will join this dynamic group of motivated and hardworking professionals committed to solving problems and delivering high quality socio-environmental services. Vancouver is currently working on major projects in BC and internationally.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Graduate degree in an environmental engineering or environmental science field
  • Environmental Impact Assessment experience
  • Project management experience
  • 15 years of relevant environmental experience
  • Environmental experience and knowledge of the mining sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages (e.g., Spanish) an asset
  • Demonstrated track record as an effective team player is required
