Senior Management
President & CEO | Bryan Watts is a geotechnical engineer with 35 years of experience in mining and power. He is the President of the Canadian Geotechnical Society for the 2011-2012 term, and is a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada. |

Vice President, Technical | Alex Sy is a geotechnical engineer with 35 years experience with geotechnical and seismic design of foundations and dams. |

Internal Leadership Structure
KCB recognizes that the future of the company is with its employees, which is demonstrated through the development of the Principals and Associates groups. The Principals are the leaders of the company and include senior management and key staff. Principals are chosen for their excellent reputation in consulting engineering and their service to the company. The Principals advise on the overall direction of the company and on important policy and procedural matters. The Associates are intermediate professional staff who show great promise in their consulting careers and their commitment to building a strong company. The Associates program is a career stream with emphasis on business training and professional development.
