- Environmental and Social Baseline & Impact Studies: Coordination of multidisciplinary studies relating to the physical, biological and social environment in a diverse range of environmental settings, covering tropical, subtropical, arid zone and subzero climates and conducted for regulatory approval, project financing and corporate governance purposes.
- Permitting: Identification of environmental permitting requirements and options, development of permitting strategies and long-range scoping for permit acquisition.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Identification of project stakeholders (e.g., regulators, community groups, NGOs, other companies and institutions), development of consultation strategies and implementation of a consultation program in coordination with company representatives.
- Client Representation: Role of project coordinator and reviewer for studies conducted by other consultants.
- Environmental Audits and Risk Assessments: Catered to the specific requirements of the client, such as mine acquisition, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Environmental Management Plans: Developed for regulatory permitting and as part of the company's EMS. Content and structure typically depend on the requirements and application of the plan, although often include environmental monitoring, emissions control, impact mitigation and procedures for documentation and reporting.
- Air Quality and Noise Assessment: Establishment of baseline conditions via field sampling, as well as impact prediction via the application of computer generated modelling techniques.
