Klohn Crippen Berger Team Completes 24 Hour of Adrenaline Race

July 23, 2014

Team CyKlohn has successfully returned from their mountain biking adventure – a bit battered and bruised, but not broken. Despite 2 crashes in some slippery overnight and early morning conditions, the 5 member Team managed to complete a respectable 17 laps in 23hrs 11mins, placing 106 overall out of 260 teams and 21st in our age category. Team CyKlohn would like to thank the supporters who cheered us on and all of you who pledged a sponsorship in support of our efforts to raise money for Habitat for Humanity in memory of KCB Associate, Stephen Buck. With the support of our friends at KCB, our extended family of former employees, and the corporate match from KCB, we have managed to raise $3,500!
Rob Charron, Luke Dunn, Kim Vincent-Lambert, Warren Vincent-Lambert, Jeff Whitter and Denley Drummond.
Our Calgary Team would also like to give a special shout out to Rob McLachlan from the Vancouver office, who took part in the event as a solo rider. Rob completed an incredible 12 laps on his own in a time of 23hrs 19mins, placing 7th in his category – well done Rob!
