Chelsea Seaby

Chelsea joined KCB in September 2019 and has over 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience. She has a strong foundation in Total Rewards, is a Certified Executive Coach and has extensive experience in building HR strategies to meet business objectives for global organizations.

Chelsea is a pragmatic leader who promotes business success through her focus on developing leadership and organizational capabilities. She is a credible trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership teams. Chelsea has a passion for developing leadership capabilities and partnering with the business to ensure Talent initiatives are scalable and effective for forward-thinking organizations.

Chelsea is active within the Engineering HR community currently as the Chair of the ACEC-BC HR Committee, and participant in the EHRA committee. She also serves on volunteer Boards and HR Committees provide HR advice and guidance.

Fun Fact

Chelsea enjoys downhill skiing and cheering on her two teenagers with their multiple sport activities.
